Located in beautiful Golden Bay, our eco farmstay and animal friendly campground is just a short walk or ride from Patons Rock beach and serves as the perfect base for your next horse riding holiday. We offer a number of holistic horse experiences from guided treks on our team of highly trained horses, to Vaulting, Horsemanship and Riding lessons or simply Bring your Own Horse and enjoy our easily accessible trails that will allow you to explore the beauty of the ever changing coastal landscape on horseback.

Guided Horse Treks | From $95

We offer riders of all experience levels opportunities to learn more about the foundations of good horsemanship whilst experiencing stunning coastal scenery on horseback. With a focus on teaching light and balanced riding, our guided holistic horse riding experiences are so much more than just a trail ride.

Our professionally guided horse treks provide and safe and fun environment to further your riding knowledge, build confidence and challenge yourself.

*Please note our weight limit is 90kg for the welfare our horses. If you are over our limit do we have options to be involved - like horsemanship or joining the ride only on the flat beach.... talk to us - we are happy to help. 

BYO Horse Stay | $10 per horse / Day

With guest paddocks, easily accessible trails and an arena / round yard available for use, we have all the facilities you might need to bring your own horse with you for an unforgettable holiday with your equine partner.

Vaulting | Arena Session $50 - Beach Session $135

Vaulting is often described as a combination of dancing and gymnastics on horseback. We’ve seen time and time again how transformational the sense of confidence and self awareness gained by finding your balance and expression on horseback has on individuals of all ages and particularly for kids and Baerbel is passionate about sharing this magic with others.

No previous experience is required for this fun and engaging activity.

Hack farm has a number of comfortable accommodation options available for both human and horse. With all the basic amenities to ensure you can rest easy after a day of exploring.
