The solid 50mm thick flooring gives your horse the sense of security and stability it needs for a calm and relaxed journey. The specially designed low centre of gravity means safe and comfortable towing whilst still allowing plenty of ground clearance for traversing across rough terrain and paddocks.

Fieldline horse floats are constructed using the highest quality materials and methods. We don’t use the cheaper Chinese pre-galvanised steel in the frame construction and we don’t just paint over the welds. The entire framework and chassis of a Fieldline float is welded from New Zealand steel and then totally hot dip galvanised inside and out in one piece to ensure lasting, trouble-free, peace of mind towing. The paneling is high tensile steel with an electro zinc coating and then has colour etched into it. It is then oven baked to eliminate rust.

All of our Fieldline floats and Fieldline trailers are made from start to finish in Auckland, New Zealand.

We start with New Zealand made steel and our team weld the chassis and frame together in our factory in Penrose, Auckland. The complete chassis and frame is then hot dipped galvanised inside and out and then returned to our factory in Penrose, Auckland. The galvanised axles, wheels and brakes are then fitted and tested.
We are proudly 100% New Zealand owned and operated.

Fieldline has been servicing New Zealand’s horse transportation and general trailer needs for more than 40 years.

The original company began trading in 1976, and before setting up our own production facilities, we distributed new and used horse floats for more than 10 years giving a rich insight into what it takes to transport horses and other cargo in safety and comfort.
